Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Opened or used products

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Sale, clearance, custom, and special order items are final sale

      We do not accept returns for opened or used products.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at portland4seasons@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
