Nail Thoughts - NT-30 - Mood Ring

This is a bright, rich, cobalt blue color. Reminiscent of the blue that tends to default on your mood ring, this blue is such a great color for people that maybe want a pop of color but something a little neutral as well because of the darker richness to it.
